At the risk of continuing to be


really boring....

I have the feta, the pizza dough, the garlic (?) and the gas fire to make pizzas with the above nettles. Oh, and the nettles are cleaned and cut and in the fridge.

NOT boring! The pizza sounds awesome. Hope you will post photos of the finished product. I had a pizza with figs (and cheese and funghi) with Felicia on Wednesday and it was wonderful.

The nettle pizza did not work well.
I remember it as very tasty, was not, it was bland. I think the reason was too much dough for the amount of toppings. I will try it again.

Yes, I did. It is gas, worked fine, a little dark on one side. I think I made the dough too thick, and needed to cook longer. We watched a caterer at a party do this, with the nettles. They had a strong flavor that was very tasty.
