I called Lollipop Farm, and they said it's typical for a doe to leave her fawn for long periods of time. It's also typical to leave it near human habitation, since they know there are fewer predators.

Lake house re-assessment

Our Lake House was re-assessed and its value went up 65%. Lorias' went up 21%. Lou's went up 15%.
