At the farm

Laura is at the Hawthorne valley farm, near Hudson, with her class. Today they are going spelunking. I hope Laura does ok, she is not a big fan of enclosed dark places. Chiara is in Florance at the moment, she is going to Siena tomorrow. She was in Barcelona where she met up with Thomas. Apparently it was beach weather. Nicky is enjoying his time as an only child.

Vocal Point!

Welcome, Winnie!

Meet Winnie, the new Chhibber/Madhu pup! She's a blue tick hound mix. She's 10 months, 34 pounds and a rescue. 

RACQUIETE RIVER Canoe Trip, 10/3-4/15

We abandoned our Pope Island reservations at the suggestion of our Racquette River boat rental (we rented a boat as did Janet and Jeanne) because of high winds on the lakes.  Really enjoyed the new spot.  However, next time we will bring a table.  We did have a nice log and fire pit of sorts.  The really nice treat was a sandy beach for put in and at the camp site.
