Susi camped with Isabella and family last week end @ Stony Brook State Park. Kly and I went down on Sunday to visit and had a delicious swim. I have sore muscles that have not worked hard for awhile. We walked from the camp ground down and down and up and down, mostly stairs from the camp ground to the bottom of the falls where the river is dammed and a pool created.

It looks like heaven! Third day of 90+ degree weather here, and no air conditioning on the first floor. The pool is nice, but getting a little bath-like.
The pool looks delicious even in 70 degree weather. We're off to Iron Canyon tomorrow, so hopefully I'll have a delicious swim, too.
