The land is really lovely, the house is small but cute. I am already in touch with Benjamin discussing possible expansion. there is a waterfall and a swimming hole on the land.

We made an offer, but apparently there has been allot of interest, in fact the price has already gone up. So we shall see.
Any news on the offer?
No, we hope to hear in the next few days.
It may be a no go. they raised the price and it may prove difficult, if not impossible to expand.
