Click on the question mark at the end of 'Type the two words' to register a complaint. Then hit 'contact us' and you can hit the 'words are too hard to read' and then submit feedback and hopefully it will get easier.
That option doesn't come up if you are signed in as one who can submit.

Also, hit the circular arrow, then again, then again, until you see something you can identify. They seem to get easier.
