Am getting very excited about my visit! In York I have opted to stay in a hotel across from the Minster-Dean's Court-it's a Best Western. Decided I didn't want to brave the stairs at The Abbey. Also, am not a breakfast person Something is up with my land line-will not connect.

Did you cancel your Abbey reservation? They could probably re-rent it.
