Good food, just had the Tea at Betty's (samples of 4 sandwiches, clotted cream with scones and jam, then 3 beautiful and delicious pastries), Cafe no8 bistro, Ambeinte Tappas. All good.
Tomorrow we go to Edinbourgh.

It sounds as if we only eat. We have done other things like Evensong at the Minster.
We took the train to Durham for Evensong there. The city of York is a good walking city, the museums have been interesting. And we have enjoyed Hannah's company. And the stained glass tour, very good.
