Sara, I definetly intend to call her when we return to Palermo. We are taking a bus at 2pm today, 3 hrs to Palermo. We are in the same hotel, We fly out tomorrow morn @ 6:30 am. We are thinking of going to dinner at Klinko, across the street (via Roma) for dinner. We had a good dinner there our first night. It would be nice if they would join us.
We have had an internet problem here, we can only use it near the office. So, we get to Palermo.
We asked to take them out, but, Piero came to the hotel alone and said that Christina was cooking. Very nice. She mmade pasta cabanara. Very nice.
We are at the airport, left the hotel @ 5 am. Hope our plane is on time, Piiero assured us that the first one would be on time.
We have had a very nice trip here. Our challenge is landing at the bus stop and finding our way . I think we are priveledged to be able to travel and investigate new places. In Trapani and Saracusa, and in Palermo, walking is the best way. In Agrigento, we took a cab from the bus station. It is built on a steep hill! Anyway, it has worked out so far. At the bus stand from Saracusa we took a cab and he asked if we needed a ride to the airport. He was at the hotel at 5 am as we requested. Food good, people friendly. (I am not reading this over before posting)
