Chiara left for Italy with her friend Rachelle on June 14. She first spent time on a farm in Sicily and is now in Umbria. I think they are having a fantastic time. After we took Nicky out of school a few days early we went up to Saugerties. The house is finished for the most part. While we were there we had the lawn put in, by the time we left the grass was coming up nicely. Chandran made us a bed. We had daily visits from neighbors and a visit from my fiend Jessica with her daughter, Grace. On the 4th of July we went to my friend's Ruth in Delhi. It was a celebration for her brother, David, who got married last month in California. While we were there we took part in The Duck Race, a Frame tradition, Chandran won $100!! We went up to Brockport on Friday to drop off Gus. It was a nice visit, Janice's garden looks fantastic. We are back in NY getting ready for our trip to Italy where we will be meeting up with
Chiara.
