Mom, what will happen with the chickens while you're at the lake?
i have been thinking sbout that just tonight.
We'll bring them.
i just went to higbies and talked further with ilse, oohhhhh, the chicks are so very cute! i held one. soft.
i am not sure when don can build the coop. maybe next week i can get the chicks. hannah, you will love them, as all of you will, but hannah has had a long affinity for chickens.
How many chicks? roosters? Where are you putting the coop?
no roosters ( i am told that there are statistically 1 in 12. so we shall see about that.) 6 t0 8 at first. the coop will be on the north side of the house not too far from the garage.
