So, for those that haven't heard. I had a call from a realtor who has a client interested in my lake land. After some thought, I called him back asking $100,000. We paid $95,000. Will hear from him next week. So, let me know the details of the lot behind you-who is the realtor, how large, price, etc. Plus surruptiously (sp?) plant some trees.
