Today we went up for the closing. It was very nice. We arrived early and had lunch in Saugerties, a lovely town with lots of restaurants, book stores and antique shops. We then had the walk through. Elise, the former owner left us a lovely dining table that belonged to the original owner of the land, Charles Hommel. After that we had the closing, a friendly and happy proceeding. We then came home. Tomorrow we go up for the weekend.

it takes two hours with light traffic.
On Friday when we went up it took more like three. We had a great weekend.
