Susi and I will be coming from the Menons, probably leaving Amherst 4ish. We'll leave Sunday am.
The hotel is completely booked, and if I try to change the reservation from fri-sat to sat-sun, we'll lose it. So maybe I'll stay there and M&D can have the guest room? Or we switch?

Okay, I have now fixed M&D's hotel problem. So we have a room for C&S Fri-Sat, and a room for M&D, Sat-Sun each night. At the Boston Burlington Marriott. I have put no money down.
Thanks,K2-we should be all set. Will expect you and S, and Chan and family for dinner on Friday. I guess you will all head to the hotel-K2, Susi and Chiara in one room, Chan, Sara , and the twins in the other. Saturday, we can switch it up if needed, but Mom and Dad can stay at the house. I'm feeling guilty about not putting all of you up.
That would have worked with the original configuration, Kam, but I switched the second room to Sat-Sun specifically to accommodate Mom and Dad! We now have one room Friday, two Saturday, and one Sunday. I thought I was following directions.
Okay, fixed again, but I switched hotels. Fri: Chan and Sara at Burlington Marriott, me at Candlewood Suites.
I can cancel the remaining Marriott reservation until 4 pm today if other changes are needed.
