In a bowl add 2-3 egg yolks, grated parmigiano a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook pasta. when pasta is done place in bowl with eggs, toss and then place in pan to cook for an additional minute. serve with more parmigiano

1/4 pound.
They only sell it already cubed. We'll try it Wednesday.
