We just came back from Saugerties. Pictures on flickr. We had running water for a day. last night the pipes froze so we had none this morning. We only had heat in the living room, so we all slept there, Medieval style. We met with the demolition and foundation guy today and the lady who is helping do the construction, Benjamin our architect was also there. The house is coming down next week and it will take a week to demolish. Maya, Guy and the girls came to visit on Saturday and my friend Jessica and her daughter, Grace, came on Sunday.

What is the picture of? Sounds like a nice week end.
Only mom could read about a weekend so cold the pipes froze so there was no water and only one room had heat so everyone slept together on the floor and say it sounds like a nice weekend. Although it does actually sound as if you had a nice weekend.
On our first day we had no running water, so we took up buckets from the stream. We had water on Saturday and Sunday. The water froze in the buckets on Sunday night, it was not solid, it froze in the shape of the bucket. If you go no my flickr you can see Chandran pulling it out.
