I just loooked at the KOA site and they have cabins, excuse me, kabins-some deluxe w/ kitchenettes. You bring your own bedding. That seems perfect to me. Let's settle the dates and reserve.

I think asking the CA crowd to come up w/ camping equipment for 15 people seems like a lot. The houses look pretty clean to me!
