We planted our terrace today. Laura and I went to The Chelsea garden center to get the plants. Nick was home sick, Laura is sick now, and Chiara had a sleep over at Isabella's. Nick requested yellow flowers Laura picket the pink ones. On the way home the cab driver sold me a CD of his music. Some very sappy Spanish ballads, Laura liked it. Nick is feeling better.

Spring

Happy belated B-day, Sara!
Jim had double hernia surgery (laproscopic) today-we were at the hospital from 7:30-2:30. All went well and he is a little sore but feels fine. Also, the nurse said he shouldn't drive for two weeks!!! We will doublecheck on that w/ the surgeon on Monday.So, no Disney triathalon in May-I must admit I am dissapointed, but such is life.
I'm sorry to hear that George and Barbara are divorced-always loved that family.
Again, the flowers are lovely, and Laura is so grown up watering them!
I had Kly delete my entry about George and Barbara. It was too specific with names.
Glad all went well with the surgery.
