I'd like to and Sam would like to visit his friend in San Fran. Eliza is planning on Calumet again so not sure about her. When were you thinking of? I think August would probably work better for me or late June.
I'd really like to go in mid July. We'd have a nuclear event in Navajo country, and then drive from Vegas. June is strictly out. August would maybe work, but if we have a DOS (descendants of Swaminathan) when would that be?
OK, what a fabulouse thread! The very last week of July or first week of Aug works best for a gathering the Santa Rosans--M has the Bar exam the third week of July, so he's flaccid stress toast til then. I also have a conference the week of July 20th in Portland. Jay goes back to work in early Aug, so I don't think he can do it after that.
It sounds good. Jim would not come to CA, but wants to know if we can do the lake in August. I think it would just be Sam and me to CA. Haven't heard from Mom and Dad on this yet?

I suspect the CA family would consider a camp ground at the beach sort of redundant, whereas, it would be good for us from the East. Maybe there is a campground in some remote, gorgeous lake that all would be happy with?
Sounds great to me! I couldn't post sooner because I couldn't remember my password. Don and I are with Kirs, Bob, and Siena at Ozark Mountain Resort on a lake with over 800miles of lake front. Amazing swimming!

We had no specific dates in mind. It would all depend on when we are doing the lake thing.

Plus I would plan on more than a week, probably two to include San Fran time for Sam as well as Aunt Brenda time. Should we let her know we're coming?

We are flexible, Suzanne's dates, last week of July, 1st in Aug. are fine.
Then, where will we meet? How about the camp ground with the cottages near Pt Arena. Or a couple of the cottages at the light house?
