The student must have shown leadership skills and ability while at BHS. Enthusiasm for school and communication skills are also considered." It came with $2500. We are really proud of him.
At the ceremony an honorary high school diploma was awarded to a local man who left high school to fight in WWII. He flew 29 missions over Italy. After being shot down he hid for 5 months until the area was liberated by the Scots. He thanked the Italian people, saying he never missed a meal.
